00:59But he hired a lot of guys who have a similar style of leading practice.

01:06Tell us a little bit about what you saw and what happened out there.
01:09So it was something involved with how he lined up or didn't line up properly
01:13at the end of a moment during team drills.
01:15And my vantage point, I'm down there on the sidelines watching.
01:18I see 85s getting yelled at.
01:19I'm thinking, man, who's yelling at this guy?
01:21And I'm like, wait, that's the head coach.
01:23And you just don't get that.
01:25I was joking off air here with Big Hannah.
01:27I was like, I don't remember a Bears head coach yelling like that
01:29because Iberfuss didn't do it.
01:31That just wasn't his style.
01:33It's going to be different now.
01:34It's going to be different with Ben Johnson in charge.
01:36And I talked to enough people before they hired Ben Johnson,
01:39certainly since they have, who said, like,
01:41this is exactly what this football team needs.
01:44Little details like that, getting lined up quickly,
01:46getting lined up properly, having your stance ready.
01:48This is just small little details among so many things
01:51that make you better down the long run.
01:53And Ben Johnson is super into those details.
