00:14Joe Tooney is a healthy 32 having missed only two games. So we would look at the

00:19the age factor, like I don't look zero in on that as closely as other people with

00:26this specific player, studying his background, studying what he's all about.

00:32And as I said earlier, this does portend urgency because the Bears have to be way

00:40better. You can't have two 10-game losing streaks in the last three years and not

00:47be urgent this year. And there are a few guys, key guys, that are ripe for urgency

00:53this year. Ryan Poles, probably fighting for his job, maybe not after this year,

00:58but he's got to continue to put together a better resume. It is urgent for Caleb

01:04Williams because he didn't show enough last year. And guess what? Ben Johnson is

01:09not going to get the usual rookie head coach reprieve in my mind. Ben Johnson

01:15has to perform right out of the gates. This is a highly paid head coach,

01:21the one that you wanted, the one that is supposed to turn around the offense and

01:25make Caleb Williams good. So there's some healthy urgency going on.
