00:00Today is a very exciting day for United Airlines.

00:06It is the first time in history that we are operating a non-stop service from Palermo to New York.

00:14And in fact, it's the first time that a U.S. carrier in history is connecting those two cities.

00:20We are very excited today. We are really happy.

00:23We are happy for our customers because it's now so much easier traveling from Palermo and not only to New York.

00:31You can also connect via New York to all of the United States.

00:36We see demand from different customers' segments.

00:41There's obviously leisure, there's tourism, right?

00:44And from the numbers we have, we feel really good about the forecast.

00:48So for us as an airline, it's obviously an investment, and we feel really good about it.
