00:00The main changes has been around the technology that we now use to make the windows, you can see

00:05behind us as well that we've got a new showroom. As the world has changed we've changed with it and

00:10I think that's been a big part of the whole company's history. Going back to 1953 when our

00:15great-grandfather started the business we were selling picture glass and greenhouse glass which

00:21we still do but we also did things like car windscreens which we no longer do. We used to

00:25re-silver mirrors which we no longer do but we now do things like as I say the solar panels and

00:30double glazing conservatories none of that existed back then so as the world's evolved we've evolved

00:35with it. We had a lot of people who always knew us being on well street and it was a big change

00:40people don't like change but it was a long-term investment for the future and I think being

00:45able to come in as a one-stop shop and whether it's a conservatory you're after greenhouse glass

00:50whatever it is it's a lot easier for the consumer that's always been our strong selling point

00:54and that people can come here they know us and we've been around a long time and hopefully will

00:59be for a long time to come.
