Bhubaneswar (Odisha), May 21, 2025 (ANI): Biju Janata Dal held a protest march over implementation of 27 percent reservation for OBC in Odisha’s Bhubaneswar on May 21. “BJD protested because of the recent prouncemnet of the state government to give reservation to OBC in educational institutional limiting to 11.25 pc which is injustice…We have large number in ST population and OBC population in Odisha…In Odisha, we have SC, ST population around 39 pc and only 20 pc giving in educational reservation…Our demand is related to extended to 39 pc for SC, ST and for OBC, atleast 27 pc should be down instead of 11.25 pc pronounce by the Odisha government…” said Protester.

02:33engineering, medical and technical education. We demand, we have been demanding this OBC 27 percent
