00:00So tell us a little bit how the brand itself is planning to innovate and to
00:22address the needs of consumers in the GCC. Let me give you two big examples
00:26that we have this year. The first one is you know how sun is in this part of the
00:30world, right? So we don't have sun is not a season but sun is throughout the year.
00:35So what we're bringing now in the market is a combination of myxoryl and we
00:41have now melazyl. So melazyl is an 18 years of research that we brought to the
00:46market and now we are launching as we speak a combination of both ingredients
00:52together and the onteliosuvium that will cover from sun. So it's a sun protection
00:58and it's anti-pigmentation. As an expert in psychology and dermatology, what are some
01:04treatment plans that you can put in for your own like you know customers and
01:08patients? So one of them is your simple self-care thing. So I talk to them about
01:12their skincare and really enjoying your skincare moments. So enjoying your self
01:17care because that makes someone start to understand themselves a bit better. Be
01:21more mindful about what you're putting on your skin. Enjoy those moments. Yeah. I
01:25also talk a lot about diet. So what are you eating? Are you eating well? And
01:29moderating that if we need to. Sleep is extremely important because actually
01:34sleep disruption can also aggravate skin conditions. And I feel like also there's
01:38this you know growth of in the beauty industry where you can just kind of slap
01:41makeup on it and just be like oh I'm I can do a foundation and everything can look
01:46okay and so that that that is a little bit confusing for people because they
01:51can be like oh why do I have to go to a doctor? I think the dermatologist needs to
01:55be sensitive. I think there's a huge amount of body dysmorphic disorder.
02:00Instagram has created people's you know the incidence of depression is much
02:05higher. Aspirational everybody believes that people have perfect skin. So I think
02:11there's a lot of issues with mental health and it definitely needs an
02:16understanding professional to assist. Great. That's it. Thank you so much. Thank
02:21you so much for speaking to us. Thank you. Nice meeting you.
