00:00On Tuesday, the first criminal trial against former Colombian president Álvaro Uribe Vélez
00:05was resumed in the city of Bogotá. Uribe is accused of alleged crimes of bribery, procedural
00:10fraud and witness tampering. According to the authorities, the 43rd criminal proceeding
00:16took place in the Paloquemao courts in Bogotá. And on this occasion, three witnesses for
00:21the defense were summoned. According to Colombian media, both the prosecution and the defense
00:27have presented enough evidence. And at this stage of the trial, the court seeks to contrast
00:33the arguments of both parties in order to be able to issue a sentence. The defense of
00:38the former president announced that before June 30, they will finish the evidentiary practice

00:55In Spain, the Congress approved with 176 votes an embargo on the pressures of sale and sale
