00:00You may remember last year TDN produced a video on Blue Hen Ream 3 who resides at

00:08Dalham Hall Stud in Newmarket alongside her stallion son Triple Time. Triple Time is

00:13welcoming his first cup of fulls this year and Connor Norris a member of the

00:17nominations team at Dalham Hall has been hearing plenty of positive feedback from

00:22those who have used the son of Frankel. Triple Time was an exceptional racehorse

00:27he was a stakes winner at two he was a group winner at three and he won his

00:31group one in the Queen Anne at four I think they beat the winners of 16 group

00:35ones that day and five sons in that race went to stud in 2024 so probably the race

00:40of the year and very hotly contested. He won his group one at four and trained and

00:45probably that was his best year as well he was performing as his highest

00:48capability then so you know he's not a stallion that seems to be cheap speed but

00:52he was good enough to win a good race at two as well so hopefully he can kind of

00:56progress and his stock will progress with time as well. I covered exceptional book

01:00last year 155 mares 21 stakes performers 18 stakes producers those stakes

01:07performers they include group one winner Fontaine and Emirates Queen as well so

01:11really good book I think 97 of the 155 are actually siblings to black type

01:16performers as well so a real quality book the foals we've had so far have been

01:20really well received by breeders which is fantastic he's a very good looking horse

01:24himself. Liam O'Rourke would always say that he was lovely from a foal very

01:27correct when you look at him now he's a good good size to him good substance and

01:31a lot of his foals have been good looking foals all bay tall and leggy but with

01:35good good bodies and they look like they're kind of progressing to nice

01:38quality foals at the end of the year. There's a lovely foal down with Charlie

01:41Budgett at Kirtlington went to see that last week and he's delighted he'll send a

01:46mare or even two mares back off the strength of that foal and also at Fox Farm

01:50Houghton studs they've got a lovely one as well so I think there's a lot of a lot

01:54of breeders out there sending mares back off the strength of what they've seen. I

01:57think he's just seen as exceptional value he's he's got it all he's got a

02:01fantastic family he was a fantastic racehorse and a lot of breeders are

02:05using him because there isn't the options out there that there would be you

02:09know they can they can take a foal by a good stallion who was a good racehorse from

02:12a good family to the foal sales and they hope they'll be well rewarded.
