00:00So I have a 62-day-old bag of McDonald's french fries and a McDonald's hamburger.
00:08This is 62-day-old. Today is its 62-day-old birthday. And surprise, surprise, I also have
00:15a 62-day-old Papa John's pizza. So check them out. There's zero changes. There's no mold.
00:22There's no decay. Personally, I don't get it. If this was a piece of bread, it would be the
00:27color of Kermit the Frog right now. So why isn't this food rotting? Well, probably because
00:32it's not real food. Look at this stuff. It's more like a chemistry experiment filled with
00:38chemicals designed to keep it looking fresh on the outside while slowly rotting you and
00:42I on the inside. Well, not me and hopefully not you because I don't eat this garbage.
00:46So the crazy thing with this stuff is these additives that are in this garbage don't just
00:51prevent mold. They disrupt hormones. They increase body fat. They worsen inflammation.
00:56They just really flare up autoimmune disease. Plus they're filled with ultra processed carbs
01:01and seed oils. I mean, if this food doesn't rot, maybe your body doesn't know how to break
01:08it down either. Right. So at the end of the day, I think it's just about choosing real food.
