In a rare public display of affection, President Donald Trump was seen pulling a chair for First Lady Melania Trump during a recent event, a gesture that quickly went viral. Caught on camera, the moment showed a softer side of the President as he smiled and remarked, "America is lucky to have her."

00:00Good job, baby.
00:02You want to sit down here?
00:04Yeah.
00:15That was a great job.
00:19Good job, baby.
00:21You want to sit down here?
00:24Yeah.
00:25That was a great job.
00:30Well, I want to thank everybody.
00:32We just spent two and a half hours talking to
00:35Vladimir Putin.
00:37And I think some progress has been made.
00:39It's a terrible situation going on over there.
00:425,000 young people every single week are being killed.
00:46So, hopefully, we did something.
00:48We also spoke to the President of the United States
00:51and the President of the United States.
00:53We did something.
00:54We also spoke to the heads of most of the European nations
00:58and were trying to get that whole thing wrapped up.
01:02What a shame that it ever started in the first place.
01:04So, but I want to thank Melania for your leadership
01:08in this very important issue.
01:09It's an amazing issue.
01:10America is blessed to have such a dedicated and compassionate
01:14First Lady.
01:15I will tell you, she is very dedicated.
01:17In fact, if you look at just what I heard,
01:22Putin just said they respect your wife a lot.
01:25I said, what about me?
01:26No, they will.
01:27They like, they like Melania better.
01:29That wasn't good.
01:30I don't know if that was good.
01:32I'm okay with it.
01:33I'm okay.
01:34I also want to congratulate the First Lady
01:36in securing $25 million in the first fiscal year,
01:402026, budget to provide housing and support
01:44for youth transitioning out of the foster care.
01:47And I can say that she loves children,
01:50and you really worked very hard on this,
01:52and you had a lot of help from some friends of mine right here.
01:55And a lot of the senators are here and congressmen,
01:58and I appreciate you all being here.
02:00We're all so grateful to be joined by people
02:04that are just in love with what we're doing.
02:06It's such an important situation.
02:09And commissioners of the Federal Trade Commission
02:11and the CEO of X, Linda Yaccarina.
02:15Where are you, Linda?
02:16Where are you, Linda?
02:18Thank you, Linda.
02:19Stand up.
02:20Thank you, Linda.
02:21Great job.
02:22You're doing a great job.
02:24It's a big deal, right?
02:26That's great.
02:27Today, it's my honor to officially sign
02:29the Take It Down Act into law.
02:32It's a big thing, very important.
02:34So horrible what takes place.
02:36This would be the first ever federal law
02:38to combat the distribution of explicit,
02:41imaginary, posted without subjects' consent.
02:46They take horrible pictures,
02:48and I guess sometimes even make up the pictures,
02:50and they post it without consent or anything else.
02:53And very importantly, this includes for forgeries generated
02:57by artificial intelligence known as deepfakes.
03:00We've all heard about deepfakes.
03:01I have them all the time, but I don't mind.
03:03Nobody does anything.
03:04I asked Pam, can you help me, Pam?
03:06She says, no, I'm too busy.
03:07Too busy doing other things.
03:09Don't worry, you'll survive.
03:10But a lot of people don't survive.
03:12That's true and so horrible.
03:14With the rise of AI image generation,
03:17countless women have been harassed with deepfakes
03:19and other explicit images distributed against their will.
03:24This is the wrong, and it's just so horribly wrong.
03:28And it's a very abusive situation like, in some cases,
03:32people have never seen before.
03:34And today we're making it totally illegal.
03:43Upon hearing the stories of so many women affected,
03:46our first lady made stopping these abuses a top priority.
03:50And she was given tremendous support because people,
03:52she'd go up to people and talk about it.
03:54They'd say, yeah, we know about it.
03:55We have the problem.
03:56Can we do something?
03:57And she did something about it.
03:58With the help of a lot of the people,
04:00especially the political people.
