During a White House press briefing on Monday, Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was asked if President Trump receives screening for prostate cancer after former President Biden's diagnosis on Sunday.
Transcript
00:00Annie, go ahead.
00:01Thanks so much, Carolyn.
00:02I'm just going back one more time to the White House Medical Office.
00:05Because there seems to be some question about this with regard to President Biden's screening,
00:10can you say whether or not President Trump is screening for prostate cancer as part of his physical?
00:15To the best of my understanding, he is.
00:17But we can certainly check in with the White House physician and go back and look at that physical report.
00:21And then just one other question.
00:23Recently, Stephen Miller at the White House made some comments about considering
00:29suspending habeas corpus.
00:32And I'm curious if there's any update on how the White House is exploring that option to enact the President's agenda.
00:39I don't have any update at this time, but I can check in with our Deputy Chief of Staff.
00:43Mary Margaret, go ahead.
00:44Thanks, Carolyn.
