00:52But Pearl, while she is the reigning defending champion,

01:28And you know, Marino is a very well-developed fighter.
01:31So this is a big step up for Haruta.
01:34And I think this is a great setup for her.
01:40We saw Mizuki earlier this year defend her title on the stage.
01:45She said she loved fighting here in LA.
01:47Pearl said not only is it fun to fight here,
01:50but she loves the tacos that she can get in Southern California.
01:52She said she ate 11 tacos after her last fight.

14:25But again, Mizuki's boxing in and out,
14:27it's just too much for her.

14:33The footwork of Mizuki, she takes tiny steps,
14:36constantly moving her feet.
14:38She's always on her toes here,
14:40and Carla is more planted,
14:43and you know, she can't take too many steps forward
14:45and tight steps backwards at this moment.
14:48I don't know if she can do that.
14:50You know, I've seen her use her footwork in other fights,
14:52but tonight here, she is certainly having a tough time
14:55with the movement.
14:57Roxy, you mentioned there are levels to this game,
14:59and we're seeing the level of a true, undisputed
15:01world champion here, and you know,
15:03the challenge we're going to have to dig down deep
15:05to try to find the answer to a riddle
15:07that I think has eluded her thus far in this fight.
15:09It's definitely tough, Carla's definitely tough,
15:11but I mean, Mizuki's a southpaw too,
15:13and a lot of times people have troubles with southpaws,
15:16and she's probably not really used to it

16:24is she tends to put herself on the ropes
16:26and allow for her opponent to come forward
16:28and she'll stay on the ropes,
16:30and sometimes she gets caught with shots
16:32that she doesn't necessarily have to take,
16:35but she likes to be on the ropes at times.

16:42She needs to take the center of the ring,
16:44and that's exactly what Mizuki's doing,
16:46is taking control and walking her down,
16:49and she's fighting her fight.
16:51That's something we see time and time again in boxing.
16:54You can use the ring as a weapon against your opponent.

16:59that are very good on the ropes,
17:01but they make adjustments to be able to fight on the ropes
17:04and not just take the punches and not give a receipt.
