00:00The AJ Bell Great Manchester Run got underway today at 10 past 8 with the elite wheelchair.

00:05And then it was the 12k with the orange wave starting and as you can see,

00:10everyone was giving it their best shot and this was at the start line.

00:14So different, you know, and people think, oh, you can dance, you can run.

00:18No, it's completely different.

00:19Big respect to every rider that is running today here because what they do is incredible.

00:23And it doesn't mean if you run 10k, a half marathon, a full marathon,

00:26everybody is incredible. So enjoy the day and have the best day.

00:30And Carlos, do you think you'll have energy left for a couple of dance steps across that finish line?

00:35Oh, that's the plan, you know, you know, we're going to bring some like from a run,

00:38you know, some cha-cha-cha-lokster, why not?

00:40But the spirit of this run, I'm buzzing and I'm feeling it.

00:44That was Strictly Stars, Gawker and Carlos, as you can see here,

00:47who then started off the race for another one of the 12ks

00:51and went down to the finish line to see Melissa Duncan and Josh Birmingham,

00:55who were some of the people who were coming into first place.

00:59There's a lineup of some of the celebs, which included Strictly, Traitors, Corey and Emmerdale.

01:04Shortly after, the elites got underway and Salomon Borega won the 10k men's

01:09and Isa Medina won in the 10k for the women's division.

01:13Here they are getting started and it was really cool to see all of these amazing athletes.
