00:04on how to properly use a manual handheld breast pump. The first thing you want to do is grab

00:09your breast pump. Got it. So your nipple will line up with this hole. You can get proper latching

00:16and then when you line that nipple up with the hole and when you pump like this,

00:21you should feel and see your nipple being sucked into the pump right here.

00:25After a few pumps, you should see that breast milk start filling up that bottle. When you're

00:32done on one side, you can move on over to the other. Then you can either stash your breast
