00:00Hi y'all, it's Annabelle back again. Thank you so much for joining me on this educational tutorial
00:05on how to properly use a manual handheld breast pump. I got my breast pump right here clean and
00:11ready to use. So the first thing you're going to want to do is make sure that your nipple lines up
00:15perfectly with this hole right there. Line that nipple up and then start pumping. As you squeeze
00:22the handle gently into the pump, you should feel and see your nipple being sucked into the bottle.
00:30After a little while, you'll see and feel the breast milk slowly filling up that bottle. When
00:37you're done on one side, you're going to want to go ahead and move on over to the other. Your breast
00:48milk is safely able to be stored in either your refrigerator or freezer depending on how soon
00:54you want to use it. And if you want, you could feed it to your little one because it comes with a nipple
00:59that twist right on. You just twist the pump off and then you put the nipple on. And then there you
01:04have it. You've properly used your manual handheld breast pump. Let me know what you think in the
01:10comments below. I'll left a comment, so make sure you check it out. And don't forget to like,
01:14comment, and subscribe. Have a great day, y'all. Thank you so much for joining. Bye-bye.
