00:00Liberals hate to see it, but President Trump is on a roll.
00:04He seemed to be adios amigos.
00:06People were writing his political obituary.
00:07He is rising from the dead like Methuselah.
00:10Look at this.
00:11Hello.
00:12Trump's net approval rating among voters.
00:13This is the Reuters Ipsos polling.
00:15Look at this.
00:16In late April, he was eight points underwater.
00:17But look at where he was in the most recent poll among voters.
00:20He's up seven points to a minus one point net favorability rating.
00:25Donald Trump's not just doing better than he was doing in late April of 2025.
00:28He's doing considerably better than he was doing at this point in term number one, about
00:3210 points better than he was doing at this point in term number one.
00:35You know, in a vacuum.
00:3647 is riding high in the polls after delivering a Middle East masterclass, Jessica, bringing
00:43home trillions in new U.S. investments from the Gulf states.
00:46And yeah, he still found time to clap back at Bruce Springsteen's overseas meltdown, where
00:51the boss called him corrupt and treasonous.
00:54Trump's saying Bruce is, quote, just a pushy, obnoxious jerk who fervently supported crooked
01:00Joe Biden.
01:01This dried out prune of a rocker.
01:03His skin is all atrophied, ought to keep his mouth shut until he gets back into the country.
01:10And as he battles aging rockers, Trump's giving a lesson in humility on his Mideast tour.
01:16I'm just thinking we have a president of the United States doing the selling.
01:21Do you think do you think Biden would be doing it?
01:24I don't think so.
01:26But it's so important.
01:27I think I have to be a cheerleader for our country.
01:31That's why our country is doing so well.
01:33You know, the sad part, whoever's next president, let's just say whoever, whoever's the next president
01:39is going to say, what a great job they did.
01:41Look, I built all these plants.
01:44I built all these factories.
01:45Can you imagine?
01:46I'll be sitting at home.
01:47Who the hell knows where I'll be?
01:48And I'll say, I did that.
01:52All right, Jessica, masterclass.
01:55It's not really in dispute.
01:57So my question to you is, how big of a masterclass was this?
02:00Not in dispute at all.
02:05Approval rating bump.
02:07That's real life.
02:08I live and die by the polls, but that is directly related to him cleaning up his own tariffs mess.
02:13So that's moving from the 145 percent tariff on China to just 30 percent, where, you know,
02:19you saw the CEO from Walmart, I presume, saying that the prices are going to go up.
02:22So we'll wait for that.
02:23And while we were in the commercial break, Moody's downgraded our credit for the first time
02:27in the agency's history.
02:28So all good news all around.
02:30Masterclass.
02:31In terms of the big headlines, any time that we're not talking about the $400 million bribe
02:37that he's taking from the Qataris in the jet is a good one.
02:40But he's been around forever.
02:43What?
02:44It's been around forever, that so-called bribe.
02:46They were talking to the Biden administration about it.
02:48Yeah.
02:48And who didn't take it?
02:50Joe Biden.
02:50And who did take it?
02:51We got it for free.
02:52Biden would probably buy it.
02:53Give it to Hunter.
02:54Any hoodles.
02:55He has all of these big headlines, right?
02:59We're getting all of this investment, like the $8.5 billion out of Qatar for Texas energy company McDermott.
03:06That was already announced in 2023 and 2024.
03:09Abu Dhabi, he says, a new $200 billion.
03:11That's a cloud computing deal with Amazon, also announced during the Biden administration.
03:16Saudi is allegedly giving us $600 million.
03:18We haven't documented all of it.
03:22But we do know that the project, the airport project, was announced last August.
03:26So the Washington Post has documented all of this, that at least a half a dozen of the contracts that he's talking about happened under the Biden administration.
03:33And that is something that Trump likes to do.
03:35He likes to show up and then take credit for things that other people did.
03:36What about the other half?
03:38The other half?
03:39I'll give it to you.
03:40$300 billion of the $600 billion.
03:42But don't go out there and say you got $1.4 trillion in investment when you didn't really.
03:45Or at least give a nice, you know, signal to the previous guy and say, hey, actually, Joe.
03:49There is no previous guy.
03:51There's no, we already know there was no Joe Biden.
03:53So it's kind of hard to give him any credit.
03:55He does have a birth certificate and we didn't see him.
03:59Yes.
04:00He's not African.
04:03Well, he claimed he was a Jewish Puerto Rican truck driver.
04:06Greg, you seem to want to challenge some of her assertions.
04:11No, Greg's excited that I'm back.
04:12I just like annoying her, that's all.
04:14Me too.
04:14Bruce should go to the Cracker Barrel because their porch needs an aging rocker.
04:20Thank you so much for that.
04:22Yeah, Trump's like a pound of pastrami.
04:25He's on a roll.
04:26It really is about your filter.
04:29Trump's filter is anything is possible in this world.
04:33What's the Democrat filter?
04:35Everything's happening to you.
04:38It's their fault.
04:40That's where identity politics came from.
04:42You're being oppressed.
04:43It's not fair.
04:45Nothing's fair.
04:46You can't do anything about it.
04:48Bruce Springsteen goes around the world and tells everybody Trump is doing something to you, that he hops in a plane and he leaves.
04:57What do those people do?
04:58They have that.
04:58There's nothing they can do.
05:00He screwed up their mindset.
05:01He's telling them that they're basically victims.
05:05Springsteen, I don't want to get into that situation where you go after a celebrity because he says something you disagree with because you're a hypocrite.
05:13If you like Kid Rock because he's pro-Trump and you don't like Springsteen because he's pro-Biden, that's wrong.
05:18What you can hit him for is being lame, right?
05:23Number one, he's doing this in England.
05:25Number two, he's doing it in a way where there are no follow-up questions to whatever he's saying.
05:30And the best thing about this is that he just creates more rebels.
05:34Like, this guy used to rail against the man, and every time he opens his mouth, he is the man.
05:42Everybody looks at him and goes, God, you know what?
05:44The people that he doesn't like are actually more fun.
05:47These young people that he's, like, mad about, some of them might be his fans.
05:52They're having a great time.
05:53He's now the old guy on the lawn, shaking his rake at a cloud.
05:58His voice is raspy.
06:00He looks like, well, I'll just leave it at that.
06:04Okay, you've said enough about aging rockers.
06:08Martha, how, what do you think Jessica was trying to say there?
06:13Because I couldn't really figure it out.
06:14Jessica spoke to a line.
06:16Well, I'm still trying to figure it out.
06:17She said the numbers don't necessarily add up, but I would just say this.
06:21Some of the response from Democrats is, you know, it's amazing what can be accomplished when the president isn't effing brain dead,
06:29says a senior congressional Democratic aide.
06:31This whole Middle East trip shows that for a lot of negotiations, what you really need is somebody who has the energy and level-headedness to actually get it done.
06:41And I think a lot of Democrats sit back, especially people who worked for Joe Biden,
06:44and they see that he never looked at these things strategically.
06:48He went in there with a fist bump because he was only thinking 30 seconds ahead of that moment, right?
06:54So what are people going to say when I actually greet him?
06:56Then at the G20 later, he shakes his hand as if that's some sort of big accomplishment with MBS, with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia.
07:05But, you know, think back on this because Joe Biden was never capable of this kind of bold action and thinking when it came to the Middle East.
07:14If it were up to Joe Biden, Osama bin Laden could still be alive.
07:18He was a no-go in that moment in the Situation Room, right?
07:22And that's who Joe Biden is.
07:24He is not the person who's going to walk in there and shake up the chessboard and say, look, we have a lot of past.
07:31You know, you talk about the human rights violations.
07:33Look at what—look at Japan.
07:34Years after World War II, we figured out a way to work on the same page.
07:39No one denies 9-11.
07:40The fact of the matter is that after a war, which is what we had over 9-11, you have to start to put the pieces back in.
07:49What he says, how about if we're friends and we isolate Iran?
07:53This is what President Trump is doing.
07:55Iran is looking at all of this going, we're out in the cold.
07:59And maybe it's actually time that we should make a deal.
08:02So that's the big message here.
08:04And President Trump said, no 30-page proposal for Iran.
08:07It's one page.
08:08You cannot have nuclear weapons.
08:10If you pursue this program, we will obliterate you.
08:15So that's the choice that's on Iran's table.
08:17We're going to watch that really closely.
08:18But Biden never had the kind of boldness to do what we saw this week.
08:22I'm sorry.
08:23I'm just still stuck on what Jessica said.
08:24But you didn't even understand it.
08:26Hear me out.
08:27No, I'm trying to figure this out.
08:28So you're saying that Trump spent all week signing all of these billion-dollar deals
08:34and no other person from the Biden administration put their hand up and said, we did that.
08:39That was us.
08:41The first I'm hearing from it is from you, Jessica.
08:44It wouldn't be the first time that I didn't think the Biden administration did their comms correctly.
08:47Okay.
08:48You'd think someone would be like, oh, that was our deal.
08:50But no, it's just strange where she pulls these things out.
08:53Out of the Washington Post.
08:54Again, that doesn't help your cause.
08:56What are you talking about?
08:57It's the Washington Post.
08:58Jeff Bezos is a Trumper now.
09:00He is?
09:01Have you not been paying attention?
09:03Then it's half right.
09:04Go ahead.
09:04Here's what I find hilarious, though, because everything that you said, Martha, is so correct.
09:09Right?
09:09The reason why Joe Biden didn't do it or couldn't is because we saw what happened after five
09:13decades, the same, the same status quo and the same leaving our blood and treasure in
09:18different countries all over the world, because no one had a bigger or a greater or a different
09:22vision to not just incur and not just blow in, but actually to say, actually, a long-term
09:29economic investment where all parties have the same vested positive interest as many of
09:35those countries that Trump met with all week were saying prior to October 7th.
09:39That'll hate the Iranian proxies because they are absolutely interfering with the prospect
09:43of economic flourishing under our partnership.
09:47Nothing like that would have happened.
09:48So the fact that a high-ranking Biden official literally said, like, oh, younger Joe Biden could
09:53have done that, they said he could have done the deal with the Houthis absolutely when he was
09:57chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
09:59It reminds me of watching the Olympics when we're all seeing, you know, fat and eating chips on our
10:03couches and we're watching these, like, 17-year-olds, you know, race 10 miles in five seconds
10:08and being like, oh, she didn't point her toes, I give her the silver.
10:11Like, the armchair quarterbacking and not recognizing the incredible feat this is, that
10:16it shattered the norms of decades that you can only do something this way and there's
10:21an absolute separation between business and economic interests.
10:25I mean, it kills me.
10:26But what's funny is Trump calling himself, like, the cheerleader for America, obviously
10:29I was like, I got it.
10:31And then I was like, what is the analogy?
10:32What was Biden?
10:33And then I thought to myself, yeah, he was Walt Coleman.
10:35He was the ref that called the tuck rule.
10:38While Trump is the cheerleader for America that gets things done, Biden was the ref that
10:42blocked teams from any type of advancement.
10:45He's the one that called the immaculate reception when it should have been an incomplete pass.
10:49And every Steeler fan and every Patriots fan, I'm talking to you.
