00:00Hey moms, welcome back. Today's our second video and we're diving even deeper into making breastfeeding easier for you and your little one.
00:07When you're feeding, check that your baby latches onto both the nipple and part of the areola.
00:12It makes a big difference for both comfort and milk flow.
00:15Signs your baby is feeding well, you'll hear soft swallowing sounds, see them stay calm during feeding
00:21and they'll often release the breast by themselves when they're full.
00:25Relaxed hands and a soft tummy are also great signs.
00:28Remember, every baby has their own rhythm. Trust yourself and your little one. You're doing amazing.
