00:11for pulling over 300,000 live viewers in a single stream, shared more details on his next big move,

00:17a free exclusive weekend event aimed at helping up-and-coming creators break into content creation.

00:30University. Billed as a streaming university, the event was framed as a no-cost opportunity to learn

00:37directly from Kai and his team. And according to Kai, within minutes, a million people tried to apply.

01:11university would offer, while assuring viewers it wouldn't be a scam, unlike some other programs,

01:16specifically the one created by YouTubers Bianca and Damien Prince.

01:20The last time we had time to do it in university was Damien and Bianca, and they scammed the

01:24s*** out of us. According to The Shade Room, in 2017, YouTubers Damien and Bianca Prince were

01:31dominating YouTube with daily vlogs, pranks, and viral challenges. And at the peak of their

01:35popularity, the couple launched D&B University, a paid course that claimed to reveal the secrets

01:40to building a successful YouTube career. But the reaction? Not exactly what the couple had hoped for.

01:46Wait, wait, D&B University, right? Yeah, supposedly. I gave it to you in the belief that you was a

01:53genuine soul who was going to do what they said behind what them friends were for, and that didn't

01:59happen. Why? Because you're a f***ing fake. Report state critics said the content felt overly basic,

02:06stuff most aspiring creators could find online for free. Now, Damien is responding to Kai while

02:11defending D&B University, with an Instagram story posted May 15th that stated,

02:16D&B University was legit, just like the paperwork that just landed in your inbox,

02:21at Kai Sanat. But one Instagram user wants to know, why Damien's lying?

02:26While Damien seems to be hinting at legal action against Kai for calling out D&B University,

02:32Kai continues to remain focused on his upcoming new streamer university.
