00:00Hey ladies, I wanted to make sure that you all knew that we have canceled our annual conference that happens on October 12th through the 14th.
00:09This year we are taking all the funding of this great conference and we are going to give back and pour in to those who have been affected by Hurricane Harvey in the Houston area and Beaumont area.
00:23We are targeting single mothers with children and then also we will most likely be looking at some of the elderly who have lost their homes.
00:33It has been so devastating watching all of this unfold.
00:38We received an email from a single mother who actually she was coming to unveil this year.
00:43Her home has been completely flooded.
00:46She has lost everything.
00:48She worked so hard for this home on her own.
00:51So we are going to be reaching out to her along with several churches we are working with who are compiling a list together of single mothers and some elderly who we can reach out to and help.
01:04But if you would like to give and help, we have a registration link that is on our page and you can buy a ticket which normally the registration fee is $50.
01:15That ticket will go towards us helping the victims.
01:18If you want to buy two tickets, three tickets, four tickets, five tickets, you can do that also.
01:23Every ticket that you purchase will go directly to helping the victims.
01:28On October 12th, my husband Asbel and I will be going to Houston meeting the team and we will be going out and helping all of these single mothers and some of the elderly,
01:41giving them the necessities that they need, giving them the necessities that they need and we will be getting a checklist off of all the things that they need.
01:49So if you would like to be a part, you can fly there and meet us too or help us with your prayers or giving some funding to help us increase the funds that will help us be able to get them more things.
02:02It's always interesting to me, you know, I was thinking, I'm always praying, God, change me, rearrange me, anoint me, use me, yada, yada.
02:15You know how we do as Christians, how we pray.
02:17We sometimes don't realize what we pray because through this, I've been working so hard on this conference and everything has been set up.
02:25I mean, we're six weeks out, all of our speakers are lined up, food's lined up, everything's just lined up.
02:31And then all of a sudden this comes and you felt this compassion, this empathy, this tugging on my heart and the team's heart.
02:40We can't do this.
02:42We cannot go and have a conference and spend all that money while there are people that are hurting, that need help rebuilding their lives.
02:51Because I've had some people ask me, was it difficult for you to make this decision?
02:55Do you feel sad?
02:56And I can honestly say, I feel so much peace.
02:59I feel the peace of God in this decision.
03:02And I'm excited to get out there.
03:04Everything we're always saying, reach out to people, help broken people, help this person, do this.
03:09Well, we are getting a chance to get out there, get in the mud, get in the dirt,
03:13and to help all the broken people who are going through so much right now.
03:19So I am just excited, but I wanted to just make sure that all of you knew that there will be no conference this year.
03:26We will be posting updates about, we'll call them the Unveiled Relief Team.
03:31We will be posting dates about what we are going to be doing as we get closer.
03:35And when we're there, we'll be posting all kinds of little clips and pictures of what we are doing.
03:40And then we will pray, see God's face about the future of our next conference.
03:45We may do a spring one or we may wait till next fall.
03:48We will just get in fasting mode, prayer mode, and just see God's face for it.
03:53Please keep us in your prayers as we push.
03:56And we're about five weeks out when we will be there.
03:58And please pray for us that we will be able to help so many.
04:03We would love to help hundreds, but we can't.
04:05But at least we'll be able to help some rebuild their lives.
