00:00Something, Jono, I think that has made the big headlines.

00:03I know Trump was coming over here to get these mega deals and mega investments,

00:08but I actually think it's been the foreign policy in many ways,

00:13you know, meeting Syria's new leader, Al-Shara.

00:16Also, of course, the Iran nuclear talks that are happening.

00:20How have this all progressed while he's been in the region?

00:22Yes, so that's promising for sure and using an ally like Qatar

00:27in order to be able to further push that agenda is quite smart.

00:31Sort of agreed to is what he's described as Iran's policy on the nuclear deal with that.

00:36That is suggesting progress.

00:37We don't know what that final agreement is,

00:39nor do we know what it's going to look like just yet.

00:41Iran obviously has their agenda, which they would like sanctions to be lifted.

00:45They have said that they categorically will not give up uranium enrichment,

00:49which is the big thing that's on the table.

00:51But also the problem with that is we don't know what percentage they're enriching uranium at.

00:55I think that's something that they want to find out, don't they, America?

00:59And I think that that's a big ask for...

01:02They keep the cards close to their chest for a very good reason.

01:05The US has demanded far stricter limits on how much uranium they can actually enrich

01:10and as support for militias locally in Iran as well.

01:13They want some governance over that.

01:15The gap that is there between what the US wants

01:18and what Iran says that they're willing to do is there,

01:20especially over the nuclear capabilities,

01:22is still quite a large gulf in order to try and get across.
