New Research Reveals There Has Been an Increase in the Number of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Over the U.S.

00:32144 such aerial encounters but since then that number has exploded with the agency adding that

00:38since 2021 366 new uaps have been encountered bringing the total number to 510 since they

00:45started tracking and reporting these unidentified phenomena so what are they according to the report

00:5126 were drones or drone-like devices while 163 were shrugged as weather balloons or something like

00:57weather balloons but while six ended up being trash birds or other debris swept skyward 171 of them are

01:04still unidentified often featuring unusual flight characteristics or performance capabilities and

01:09the military sees these anomalies as very real security risks with the pentagon's press secretary

01:14saying in a statement quote we take reports of incursions into our designated space land sea or

01:20air spaces seriously and examine each one
