Are you going to any festivals this year and have ticket prices ever put you off from going to them?
Transcript
00:00Last festival I went to was Leeds Fest and I paid like $150, $170, something around that
00:06mark.
00:07Is that for a standard ticket?
00:08That's for the weekend standard.
00:09Yeah, weekend ticket.
00:10Standard?
00:11Friday, Saturday, Sunday and part of Monday, but we left on Sunday.
00:15Oh, okay.
00:16Fair enough.
00:17Yeah.
00:18I think the prices generally go up.
00:19I think they could be cheaper, but then again, like it's, to be honest, you're paying for
00:22something that's on the entertainment side of things.
00:25So if you really want to be entertained, you're going to pay what you got to pay.
00:28We're going to Hideout, which is a festival in Croatia, and we booked it because we wanted
00:33to go and we've got an Airbnb.
00:35Yeah, we've got to work through Airbnb.
00:37I think the prices have gotten a little bit maybe out of hand, but at the same time, if
00:42the price didn't go up, would they be able to make money from it?
00:44Who's to say?
00:45There was a bit of a discussion in terms of artists and how much they get paid, because
00:49a lot of them, you'd be surprised from their album sales and stuff like that, they don't
00:53get paid a lot.
00:54You'd expect them to get paid a lot more, but they usually get the most revenue from
00:58like festivals and concerts.
00:59Okay.
01:00So that's very interesting.
01:01And I think that's very interesting.
01:03Especially for you all that time, we can put all of them on the kennel, but then we'd
01:04go in to the back one, and they're actually going to the next speaker of your house and
01:05at the same time.
01:06So that's really a great point.
01:07That's really interesting.
01:08In the meantime, there's going to be where you are categorical.
01:09I think it's a great point.
01:10That's really nice.
01:11There's a great point.
