00:00Kahit pa naglabas ng bagong kautosan ng Court of Appeals ukol sa isang kaso ni M.L. Partilist First Nominee Attorney Laila de Lima,

00:08hindi ito makaka-apekto sa kanyang pagsali sa House Prosecution Team.

00:13Teayon kay House Deputy Majority Leader Lawrence Defensor,

00:17isang sa mga itinalagang prosecutor ng Kamara kaugnay ng impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte,

00:23G.A.T. Defensor kahit pa ibinalik ng CA sa Regional Trial Court ang hatol sa isang kaso ni De Lima,

00:31wala naman itong epekto sa kanyang pag-upo bilang kongresista,

00:35kaya tuloy-tuloy lang din ang kanyang magiging pagganap sa kanyang tungkunin.

00:40Ganito rin ang naging pahayang ni De Lima at tingin niya na islamang ng CA na maging maliwanag ang naging hatol sa kanya.

00:48G.A.T. pa niya hindi naman binawi ang kanyang acquittal.

00:53It will not affect Senator De Lima's possible role as a member of the Prosecution Team.

01:00What's important is that she will be nominated, elected, and authorized in the 20th Congress to be part of the Prosecution Team.

01:11For now, hindi naman final judgment ang conviction ni Senator De Lima sa Regional Trial Court.

01:17And, in fact, it was appealed to the Court of Appeals.

01:22Kaya babalik pa ulit yan sa Regional Trial Court because I understand that based on the resolution of the Court of Appeals,

01:29it was remanded back to the Trial Court.

01:32So it does not affect since it's not a final judgment.
