00:07kaugnay ng mga insidente sa West Philippine Sea.

00:09Iginiit naman ng National Maritime Council na election issue pa rin ang usapin sa West Philippine Sea,

00:16lalo't mas maraming Pilipino ang bunat dito.

00:23Tuloy-tuloy na nakapagpapatrolya ang maritime at aerial assets ng Pilipinas sa buong West Philippine Sea.

00:30Sa ulat ng National Maritime Council, sa unang bahagi ng 2025,

00:35nakapagsagawa ang Pilipinas ng 183 surface patrol operations at nasa 80 aerial operations sa West Philippine Sea,

00:43kung saan idineploy ang 26 na barko at 14 na aircraft.

00:48Aabot naman sa 21 diplomatic protest ang inihain ng bansa laban sa China.

00:54Hindi pa rin isinasan tabi ng pamahalaan.

00:56Ang pagsasampa naman ng panibagong arbitration case laban sa China dahil sa iba't ibang insidente sa West Philippine Sea.

01:04Patuloy ang ginagawang pag-aaral ng lahat ng ahensya ng gobyerno na nasa ilalim ng NMC.

01:09The decision on whether to file a case, it's not just a DOJ decision, it's an inter-agency decision.

01:15Right? So we have to wait. We have to respect the decision-making process in the executive branch.

01:22We will make sure that it will be foolproof.

01:25When? Kung hindi pa natin makuha yung mga data available, then the question of when, maybe it can extend.

01:34Una nang nanalo ang Pilipinas sa 2016 arbitral ruling kung saan isinaad na walang basihan ang 9-line payment China sa buong South China Sea.

01:43Habang ilegal din ang ginawang reklamasyon sa ilang bahagi ng West Philippine Sea.

01:47Matapos ang hato ng bayan 2025, naniniwalang NMC na mananatili pa rin ang election issue.

01:54Ang pangkikipaglaban para sa West Philippine Sea, lalot mas tumahas ngayon ang kamalayan ng mga Pilipino.

02:00Based on the past two surveys, 8 out of 10 Filipinos are pretty much supportive of any candidates who are going to stand firm for our position in the West Philippine Sea.

02:11And that is our objective, to make sure that by 2028, it will not just be 8 out of 10, it should be 10 out of 10.

02:18And they should be more careful, let's say, in choosing candidates, whether in Senate, in Congress, and especially for the next president by 2028,
