A video of a fault slippage has been captured for the first time in history... The slippage occurred in the Sagaing Fault, which extends over 1,200 kilometers in Myanmar. The footage was recorded on March 28 (six weeks ago) and was released to the media within the past few hours. The video shows the ground moving horizontally as if sailing in the sea, while the surrounding land remains stationary. Scientists say: Previously, we saw before and after images via satellite, but this is the first time in history that the precise moment of what is geologically known as a "displacement fault" has been recorded.
