00:00Justin Bieber's finances and Justin Bieber's friendships that have dissolved have been a big topic.
00:07Some fans think that he is in free fall.
00:10Others are supporting him, saying he and Haley are happier than they've ever been.
00:15So what's really going on with Justin Bieber?
00:17We found out.
00:18We got a lot of answers as we put together this documentary that is premiering tonight on Fox.
00:23TMZ investigates what happened to Justin Bieber.
00:279 o'clock Eastern, 8 o'clock Central.
00:29So we get into a lot.
00:31We have spoken with scores of people and not peripheral people, people right in there on various sides.
00:39And look, undeniably, there are mental health issues.
00:42He talks about it.
00:43But there are drug issues that we get into.
00:47And what Charles mentioned about finances, this sounds incredible.
00:51But Justin Bieber made up to a billion dollars, we're told.
00:54And in 2022, when the Justice Tour ended prematurely, when he canceled, he was broke.
01:01We were told by people in his world that he was on the verge, and these are their words, of financial collapse.
01:08So then all of a sudden there was some finger pointing, and it involved his longtime manager, Scooter Braun, and Justin's business manager.
01:17Her name is Lou Taylor.
01:18And we'll tell you a little bit about her.
01:20But this is a part of what we get into.
01:22From Justin's side, they're saying, well, his accountant, his business manager, Lou Taylor, started digging and said Scooter was way overpaid commissions.
01:35Justin said, you screwed me.
01:37You took way too much in commissions.
01:39So Scooter then hires an independent company.
01:43Pricewaterhouse.
01:45Same people that do the Oscars.
01:46They do the Oscars.
01:47They do the Oscar tallies.
01:48So they're a very respectable, independent accounting firm.
01:51Pricewaterhouse spent six months doing an audit, and it comes back in April, last month.
01:59It comes back, and it shows Justin voted more than $8 million.
02:04We have seen that audit.
02:06Yes.
02:07And actually seen it in black and white.
02:09That's the number.
02:09The number that matches up.
02:10$8.6 million and $8,000, I believe it is.
02:16And so Scooter doesn't want that money.
02:19But then the issue is, so who's in Justin's ear, we mentioned Lou Taylor, telling this, and telling him this, this is where the church comes in.
02:29Right, because his new pastor, and best friend, it seems, is Judah Smith, who is the pastor of Church Home.
02:38And there are a lot of people who told us that they believe that Judah is the one who is telling him, who is in Justin's ear, saying, these people that are around you.
02:51All of these people around you.
02:53Yeah, because it's not just Scooter.
02:55Best man in his wedding.
02:56Yes, Ryan Good.
02:57Ryan Good.
02:59Justin has isolated himself from most of the people who are the core of his world.
03:05And a lot of people think this is Judah because Justin is church-centric.
03:12I mean, what we found out about Ryan Good, who we mentioned, who is Justin's best man, was also co-founder of Drew House.
03:20What we found out about a conversation that Judah had with, I don't know if it's right to call it a conversation, a cornering of Ryan Good and the questions that were fired at him.
03:32It was like the Inquisition.
03:33About personal things.
03:33About very personal things.
03:35And at that point, Ryan Good just said, this is a cult and something, by the way, Judah denies.
03:41And he said, I don't want to have anything to do with the church.
03:44Justin then said, you're out of my life then.
03:45With Scooter, what we're told is that Judah and Justin would go up to Scooter, who was Jewish, and say, you have to believe in Jesus Christ.
03:56You need to believe in Jesus for us to have trust in you.
04:01And ultimately, Lou Taylor, who was a member of the church on the board of directors, said, I am a lady of the cloth, Scooter, and we can forgive you, but we can't have any part of you anymore.
04:16And so it seems like the church is all over this.
04:20And by the way, we also get into the marriage, because I will say, I think they're in a much better spot now than they were earlier.
04:29But there were huge, huge bumps.
04:32A lot of information in this documentary.
04:34It is on tonight on Fox, 9 o'clock, 8 central, TMZ investigates what happened to Justin Bieber.
