00:15The Competition Markets Authority said it started its investigation
00:19to look at whether the deal would result in a substantial lessening of competition in the sector.
00:25It will report back with its findings by July 10th.
00:30The CMA will now gather comments on the deal from interested parties
00:35with a deadline for May 29th.
