00:56was part of a seven-vehicle convoy. Preliminary investigations revealed that the lorry had a
01:01malfunction that caused its steering system to fail. The lorry driver also has six prior criminal cases
01:08against him, mostly related to narcotics, as well as multiple outstanding traffic summonses.
