00:00The Press, ahead of the President's trip to the Middle East,
00:02he's mentioned he wants to rename the Persian Gulf the Gulf of Arabia.
00:06Iran is now saying that doing so will bring the wrath of all Iranians.
00:11Can you talk about the support that the Gulf of Arabia has in the region
00:14and why this is important to the President?
00:16MS. Well, first of all, the President has said he hasn't made a determination yet.
00:19That was in the news that you guys all asked him about it,
00:22and he said he wasn't quite sure.
00:24So he hasn't made a definitive decision on that yet.
00:26And secondly, Caroline, the President has shown support for South African refugees
00:32that are coming to the United States next week.
00:34Can you talk about what these refugees are fleeing and why this is a priority for the administration?
00:38MS. Well, the President has actually signed an executive order on that matter.
00:42My office can get it back to you, Michael.
00:44But this group in South Africa has faced racial persecution.
00:49In fact, the government there has vowed to take away their farmland that they own.
00:55And so the President has talked significantly about this.
00:58As for further details on refugee claims and asylum claims, I would defer you to the State Department.
