00:00Here's the hidden power of positive thinking. You see, when you think positive thoughts,
00:05your brain starts to associate you with good things. So when you're feeling down,
00:10your brain will try to make you feel better, because it wants you to associate it with good
00:14things. But here's the catch. You have to be consistent with your positive thinking.
00:19It's like watering a plant. If you water it once and then don't water it for a week,
00:24it's not going to grow. But if you water it consistently, then it's going to grow faster
00:28than you can imagine. Same thing with positive thinking. If you do it consistently, your brain
00:33is going to reward you by making you feel better, giving you energy, focus, and motivation to achieve
00:39your goals. So here's your task. For the next 10 days, I want you to think of at least 10 positive
00:45things every single day. Write them down in a journal. And after 10 days, I want you to reflect
00:51on how you feel. If you do this exercise consistently, I promise you, you will start to see a change in
00:57your mindset.
