Vote-buying case filed vs Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto  Vic Barral, a former employee of Pasig City Hall, files a case against Mayor Vico Sotto for alleged vote-buying after distributing P7,500 in school allowance last May 7, 2025, which is within the 10-day period prohibiting the release of public funds before elections. Ferdinand Topacio, counsel for Barral, showed the case document his client filed before the Commission on Elections (Comelec) during a press conference in Pasig City on May 10.
