00:05they dismissed it as literature.

00:07When it came to the Pathanakot terror attack,

00:11initially the Pakistanis were willing to participate in the investigation,

00:15and we took the extremely unusual step of inviting a Pakistani delegation,

00:21which was not only military but had people from their intelligence agencies

00:24come and visit our airbase in Pathanakot.

00:27And at the end of the day, they said there's no evidence.

00:32And there have been repeated instances.

00:35In fact, I would like to ask the Pakistanis, can they name one instance,

00:39one instance where they have extended cooperation to us in this area?

00:46In fact, when I was in office and subsequently I was making this point,

00:50that if the Pakistanis were actually to cooperate with us

00:54and tell us that there are these terrorists who are not under our control

01:00but are trying to move into India's Jammu and Kashmir and therefore be alert,

01:06these are the routes they are taking, fine.

01:09Then this is real cooperation on the ground.

01:12But this has never happened.

01:14But all Pakistan does is that we are ourselves a victim of terrorism.

01:28Total denial and total refusal to cooperate with us.
