00:00If you are prepared to change, nothing is beyond you.

00:03It's not that things are too much.

00:06We make ourselves too little in front of things.

00:10You are not an absolute. You are not a fixed entity.

00:13You have a choice.

00:14You choose what you want to be internally.

00:17And you can choose to be big or small.

00:20If you choose to be small,

00:22obviously you will be dwarfed in front of big challenges.

00:27The challenge is so big, I am so small.

00:29But you have chosen to be small.

00:31The challenge is only relatively big.

00:33The challenge is not absolutely big.

00:35The challenge is big in relation to what you have chosen to be.

00:40For the result to change, something has to change.

00:43The weight of the task hasn't reduced.

00:46So what's the only thing that can change?

00:48The way you approached it, your assessment of yourself,

00:51the effort you put into it, the attention you gave it,

00:53that has to change.
