00:07But years later, do you agree that The Simpsons can and has predicted world events before they happen?

00:17The Simpsons has predicted a few world events, not nearly as many as it's given credit for, though.

00:23Which do you think are the world events that are the ones that are right and that all the people believe are true?

00:36Well, the one you just played about President Trump is by far the most remarkable prediction The Simpsons has made.

00:42And there was another one about Disney buying Fox.

00:46And a lot of these were things that were based, they're inspired by real events.

00:50President Trump had already, when that was written, had already run for president in some sort of minor way in the 90s.

00:57And Disney had already bought up a lot of other companies.

01:00So in many cases, it's kind of extrapolating in a funny way what could happen.
