00:00Welcome to JDM Japanese Driftmaster!

00:07One of our design goals was to make the game approachable for every type of player

00:12sim racing enthusiasts who spend hours behind a wheel

00:16and everyday racing fans who prefer simplicity over realism

00:21When first launching the game you will go through a basic setup of options

00:26one of which is the preferred driving model

00:29You will have two options to choose from

00:32Arcade, which is a gameplay style designed for players who prioritize fun and easy to learn controls over maximum realism

00:42After selecting this mode you will have your ABS, ESP, Drift Assist and Brake Assist enabled

00:49If you don't call yourself a sim racer it's the best place to start your adventure with JDM

00:55The SimCave setup is a gameplay style designed for players who prefer more realism in vehicle handling

01:02After selecting this mode you will have your ABS on and your ESP, Drift Assist and Brake Assist disabled

01:10You will have more control over the car's behavior but it will require more skill to do so

01:16You will be able to freely change the driving model from the game's pause menu at any time

01:22So feel free to experiment and find what works best for you

01:27As a rule of thumb, if your device of choice is a controller

01:31we would advise starting your adventure in JDM using the Arcade model

01:36and then switching to SimCave as you gain more experience
