00:16Again, this is interesting where you're using some of those analytical numbers

00:19that sort of confuse some people just starting to learn.

00:21What are the ERA?

00:22Does it give up a lot of runs?

00:23It makes some sense.

00:23The expectations are some of the ERAs don't make too much sense.

00:26Look at Chris Sale in the season.

00:2835 and a third innings pitch.

00:29Look at his ERA, close to 5.

00:30Like, that's terrible.

00:31But his XFIP number is 3.25.

00:33The expected ERA out of that 4.84, Ben, is at a 3.32.

00:37Then you sort of slide it down and say, where's Abbott at this year?

00:3919 innings pitch, a 2.84 ERA.

00:42That's tremendous.

00:43But his XFIP number, much higher, at a 4.48.

00:46When we take a look at the batting matchups today,

00:48Chris Sale struggling a little bit with right-handed batters.

00:50And good thing there'll be a lot of righties in the lineup today

00:52to sort of counterback that.

00:53But McLean's got good numbers.

00:55And Trevino, that's it.

00:57That's it for the Reds today.

00:58So it's like, okay, where are the runs coming from?

01:00For the Atlanta Braves, the matchup, not fantastic,

01:02but also understand this.

01:04You take a look at Andrew Abbott, it's a good strikeout pitcher.

01:06Maybe he walks a little bit too much from the right-hand side.

01:08But the lineup, Austin Riley starting to come into his own

01:10a couple home runs in the past couple games.

01:12Ozuna, Olsen in that lineup.

01:14A better lineup for the Braves.

01:16And maybe the better pitcher overall.

01:18Don't love the game, but it seems like it's going to be a Braves line

01:20at minus 215.

01:21Maybe the runs stay under 8 in this game because, you know,

01:24I just don't trust those Reds bats.

01:26That's probably where I'd go in this one.
