Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl rocking out at Devo concert in rare public outing

Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl was spotted enjoying a rare night out at a Devo concert at The Anthem in Washington DC on May 3rd.

The 55-year-old music legend was seen with his daughter and Fugazi's Ian MacKaye, soaking in the new wave band's performance.

Grohl, who has credited Devo with inspiring his drumming career, was in high spirits, smiling and waving, when a bystander recognised him.

The casual outing follows Foo Fighters' return to touring after the death of drummer Taylor Hawkins in 2022.
