6 मई 2025, एएनआई: 22 अप्रैल को जम्मू-कश्मीर के पहलगाम की बैसरन घाटी में हुए आतंकी हमले के बाद केंद्र सरकार ने पाकिस्तान और आतंकियों के खिलाफ सख्त रुख अपनाया है. हमले के बाद घाटी में सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की सक्रियता बढ़ गई है और संदिग्धों के खिलाफ लगातार कार्रवाई की जा रही है. इसी कड़ी में भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच बढ़ते तनाव के बीच केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने नागरिक सुरक्षा यानी सिविल डिफेंस के लिए देश के सभी राज्यों को 7 मई को मॉक ड्रिल कराने को कहा है, ताकि आपात स्थिति में लोगों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जा सके। केंद्र सरकार के सूत्रों ने बताया कि मॉक ड्रिल के दौरान हवाई हमले (एयर रेड) चेतावनी सायरन को सक्रिय किया जाएगा। इस बीच सीमावर्ती इलाकों में सुरक्षा की पूरी चेन हाई अलर्ट पर है। मॉक ड्रिल के दौरान आम नागरिकों, छात्रों आदि को प्रशिक्षित किया जाएगा कि अगर किसी तरह का हमला हो जाए, तो वे खुद को कैसे सुरक्षित रखें। इस दौरान ब्लैकआउट की व्यवस्था की जाएगी।
