A new video released by Ukraine’s 3rd Assault Brigade showcases the improvised “Dragon H73” short-range air defense missile system in action. The system utilizes R-73 missiles, originally designed for air-to-air combat, now repurposed for surface-to-air use.

The Dragon H73 is mounted on a HMMWV (commonly known as Humvee) tactical vehicle, with two R-73 missiles installed on launch rails at the rear. The adapted system is designed to target drones, low-flying aircraft, and other tactical aerial threats from the ground.
