Hednesford VE Day celebration event.

Express & Star

Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Hednesford was the location for an event usually held at the now closed Museum.  The annual VE Day event. It had plenty to see and do with live performances too.

00:58Have you been involved when it's been down at the museum previously?

01:02No, this is the first time we've ever come.

01:04We don't go through things like this but this is the first time we've been here.

01:07It's usually like a country museum or something.

01:09It is, isn't it? Yeah, you're right.

01:10It's good, isn't it? Nice atmosphere when people dress up like yourselves.

01:14You know what I mean? It's great.

01:16So you'll come again if it's on next year?
