00:00Now, the other element to this is President Zelensky, and that is for four years now,

00:05he has been saying consistently to Europe, if you don't help us, then you're next,

00:13because Putin will roll through us and then he's going to attack you.

00:17Well, one of the consequences of that is these European countries have said when President

00:22Zelensky said, we need more equipment, they respond to him by saying, well, wait a minute,

00:27you told us that he may roll through you and grab us, so we're going to have to

00:32increase our defenses and keep all that in our country. So there is this tug of war going on

00:38between the countries wanting to help Ukraine prevent Russia from doing anything further or

00:46maybe get them out of Ukraine, but at the same time, because it takes so long to build a tank,

00:51to build a Patriot missile, to manufacture ammunition, that they're trying to figure

01:00out how to manage all of these competing demands, because it's not a list from one to 10 where you

01:06go vertically. It's a list from one to 10 where it's all horizontal. And so the list just gets

01:12larger and larger and larger.
