00:24Five petitioners, who are voters and residents of Buena Vista, Quezon, said that Florido's representative, Ricky Anyayahan, invited them to a, quote, gathering or orientation hosted by Florido.
00:34Florido gave a speech where he openly asked for votes, then the attendees were given red campaign t-shirts and brown envelopes containing 1,000 pesos each.
00:42Florido tried to discredit the petition and also denied buying votes, but the Comalek did not accept his defense.
00:48Comalek chairman George Garcia says that this is the first big disqualification case for vote-buying.
