00:00I have met the Workers' Party delegates from time to time, in fact quite regularly because we are all campaigning in the same Ponggo area and I think we take every opponent very seriously, we take our competition very seriously, so we will do our best and our focus really is not so much on our opposition party but focus on the residents.
00:29So I think if we are able to deal with our residents, address their concerns, engage our residents, I think this will be very helpful, not just to the political party that's campaigning but to the residents, so rather than focusing on addressing the opposition party's arguments and their efforts in campaigning, I rather focus on our efforts in engaging the residents, understanding the residents' needs and work with them and build this relationship with our residents,
00:59build this bond with your residents, I think once you are able to identify with them, they will support you.
01:06Do you have any concerns about your residents?
01:09Well, I ask myself, usually it would have a concern me and I also ask myself why am I not concerned, because I think my focus remains on the residents.
01:21Don't pay too much attention to some of the things that the opposition do, of course you have to bear in mind you have to always keep watch, but at the same time focus a lot more on the residents, pay attention to your residents, the people that you are going to look after.
01:36So I think the key is really work with the residents, talk to the residents, know them, understand them and also let them know you and understand you.
01:44I think that is the more enduring way to run a campaign.
01:51It's just my nature, stay focused, always know what you are going for, what you want to do, be quite mission oriented.
02:00So my mission really is to engage the people, engage the residents, understand them, know them and also at the same time let them know me, so let them understand me.
02:10So I think together we have a stronger mutual understanding.
02:13I think this will help us to build a strong bond going forward.
02:16Going forward.
