During Tuesday's Democratic Leadership press briefing, Rep. Pete Aguilar answered questions about former Vice President Kamala Harris's upcoming speech in San Francisco.

00:00Vice President Harris is making a speech tomorrow just around the 100 day mark.

00:04Anything you're looking out for in her speech? Anything you would like her to touch on?

00:09Vice President Harris is a leader and I would expect that she's going to talk about

00:15the willingness of Americans and women to serve in higher office.

00:22Her perspective is something that is sought after and what she has experienced in the

00:29highest offices in the land to starting as a local D.A. being a statewide office holder.

00:35I think she has a lot to share about her experiences in elected life,

00:40what lessons can be learned by others who are interested in taking that step.

00:45It is an incredibly difficult step as our two new member colleagues understand

00:51taking on this burden of public service is such a blessing.

00:57And I think she has a lot to share that we can learn from.
