DAY 37 of my salad is a spicy avocado & tomato salad πŸ…πŸ₯‘

recipe (makes 2 servings)
1. chop 2 bell peppers into 1/2” thick pieces (I used 1 yellow and 1 orange) and 3 heirloom tomatoes
2. add bell peppers and tomatoes to a large mixing bowl along with 1/4 cup salsa verde and toss to coat
3. next add 2 small or 1 large avocado cut into cubes
4. add 1 pinch of red pepper flakes, salt and pepper
5. add juice of 1 lime and 1/4 cup jalapenos
6. plate with tortilla chips to dip, and enjoy!
