00:00My name is David Rush, and I have broken over 200 Guinness World Records titles.

00:07Today I'm going to show you a few records, including the fastest 100-meter dash while juggling blindfolded,

00:13the fastest mile run while juggling blindfolded,

00:17the most behind-the-back frisbee catches in one minute,

00:20and the most apple slices in one minute while juggling three knives.

00:30These are all extremely difficult records that require countless hours of practice.

00:54But when I approach it with a growth mindset, believing that I can get better at this,

00:58what happens is slowly but surely I get better.

01:02And the more I practice, the better I get.

01:08Come on!

01:14I started with juggling records, branched out to balancing,

01:18and now literally any record I see, I'd be like,

01:21okay, is that one I want to spend the time, energy, and effort practicing?

01:24Because I know I could break virtually any record with enough practice.

01:28A common question I get is,

01:33when did you discover you were so good at breaking world records?

01:37And the thing is, I didn't discover it, I chose to become good at those things.
