00:10The crash which occurred early Friday morning has sparked concerns about road safety in

00:16On April 25, 2025, at approximately 8 a.m., emergency crews rushed to the intersection

00:22of 48th Avenue and Happy Valley Road after reports of multi-vehicle crash.

00:28First responders found one person trapped inside a vehicle and had to extricate them.

00:34The victims, a young child and two adult men, were transported to the hospital in critical

00:39condition.

00:40The child is reportedly in extremely critical condition, while the two men remain in serious

00:46condition.

00:47Authorities are still investigating the cause of crash.

00:50Phoenix police are urging drivers to remain cautious as this intersection has been multiple

00:57accidents in recent months.
