00:00Several programs and personalities from the People's Television Network have been nominated for this year's Gandingan Awards,

00:07organized by the University of the Philippines Community Broadcasters Society.

00:12Among the nominees for most development-oriented magazine program, it's Fun, On Assignment, and Rise and Shine Pilipinas.

00:21PTV Sports is also in the running for most development-oriented educational program.

00:26PTV's Schoolmate earned a nomination for most development-oriented youth program and most participatory program,

00:35while R.C. Crafty was recognized as a contender for most development-oriented children's program.

00:41Meanwhile, Bagong Pilipinas ngayon and In-Person were both nominated for most development-oriented talk or discussion program.

00:49In the individual categories, Angelique Lazo of In-Person and Mike Abbey of Mike Abbey Live are both nominated for best TV program host.

00:59PTV's regional station in Agusan del Sur also gained nominations with its state-of-the-art Soils Laboratory,

01:06feature nominated for most development-oriented public service program.

01:11It also received two nods for most development-oriented news story,

01:15with its report on kabataan sa agrikultura and organic agriculture.

01:20Winners will be announced on April 26, 2025 at the University of the Philippines, Los Baños.
