Description: Murshidabad (West Bengal), April 21, 2025 (ANI): Union Minister of State for Education & Development of North Eastern Region and West Bengal BJP president Sukanta Majumdar met violence victims in Murshidabad’s Dhuliyan. Violence began on April 11 in Murshidabad district during a protest against the Waqf (Amendment) Act. The protest turned violent, leading to the killing of two people, injuries several others, and property damage, forcing thousands to leave their homes for safer places.
