00:00There were a lot of great games. One that really caught my eye was Angel City visiting Houston Dash

00:16game? Yeah, absolutely. I'm repping today. I'm proud to report back that ACFC was able to get
00:22the 3-1 win over Houston this weekend away. I think they were incredibly strong. Alyssa Thompson
00:29actually reached a new milestone in her career. She was able to get that 10 goals, 10 assists,
00:35and she's the second youngest player ever to do so. I think this team as a whole is just looking
00:40incredibly different. It's like we're seeing a new team this season with the new managers.
00:45And, you know, speaking of managers, there's big news moving. There has been an appointment.
00:52Talk to me about the new coach coming during the summer to ACFC.
00:56Yeah, I mean, ACFC was looking for an accomplished coach that can, you know,
01:00show results. And that's what they did. Strauss is an incredibly accomplished coach. With Bayern
01:05Munich, he has led them to two back-to-back championships. And it's looking like Bayern
01:10Munich is about to do it in the 2025 season. And hopefully he can continue and bring that energy
01:16into ACFC. San Diego Wave, another of the very popular teams that have not really found that much
01:22success on the field. They fall down to one of the big ones, one of the classic teams of this
01:29competition, Kansas City Current. That game was exciting and Kansas City breaking records.
01:35Super exciting game for Kansas City this weekend. Not only were they able to get the three points and
01:40the win over San Diego, but their midfielder, Devinja, reached another milestone in her career,
01:4550 goals and 25 assists. So, you know, breaking news just everywhere all over the league this weekend.
01:53The games continue to grow in level excitement and attendance week after week. And now let's talk
01:59about the super leader, Las Melas, Melas del Torneo, Orlando Pride, that continue undefeated on the
02:07tournament four games without losing, scoring and winning every game. Do you think they're going to get to
02:14that legendary 5-0 star that the league has never seen? We're going to see this weekend a must-watch
02:22game this weekend. Washington Spirit versus Orlando Pride. Two top dogs in this league. I mean, they're
02:28both really playing incredibly. Of course, Orlando Pride has that winning streak going for them.
02:33But I wouldn't put it past Washington Spirit to come out on top. So, yeah, it's going to be a really
02:38exciting game. Any players to watch out for on that game? I mean, you have Trinity Rodman,
02:44a fan favorite, one of my favorites on Washington Spirit, and you have the classic Marta. I think
02:49both of those forwards are just going to be going head-to-head against each other this weekend.
02:53Now, another exciting game. East versus West. New York versus Sedley. Gotham City versus ACFC.
03:02What is your prediction? I gotta give it to ACFC. I mean, I am repping them right now.
03:07They're ACFC fourth, Gotham FC fifth in the standings right now. So, it's going to be a tough game.
03:12I don't expect to see a lot of goals, but I expect to see ACFC continue this momentum and come out on top
03:19again this weekend. Finally, Camila, the last game of the match day. Kansas City at home versus
03:26Houston Dash. Houston Dash is a team that has been very difficult to beat this season, but they are
03:32not quite at the level of Kansas City. What is your prediction for this game? I mean, I don't think it's
03:36going to be an easy game for Kansas City to come out on top. What we know that at home, Kansas City
03:41has this unbeatable energy. The fans show up every single time. So, considering that it is a home game,
03:48I'm going to have to give it to Kansas City. I really don't think that that energy is just matchable.
03:53Look at the table right now from top to bottom. We have Orlando Pride in first place with 12 points,
03:58tied with Kansas City with the same. Washington Spirit, nine points. Angel City Football Club with
04:04eight points, Gotham with five, Portland with five, Seattle with four, and Bay FC with four. From those
04:10teams that are at kind of like the mid table, bottom of the table, do you see any of those making a
04:16sprint and challenging one of the top positions towards the end of the season? You know, I would
04:21put my money on Houston Dash or San Diego Wave, but unfortunately, I'm just not seeing a lot out of San
04:27Diego Wave this season. They just don't seem to be packing that oomph that you need to make that
04:32jump back to the top of the table. And I think this is a pivotal game for Houston Dash this weekend.
04:38And if they're able to somehow come out on top, I think they have a real fighting chance for the
04:43rest of the season.
